I have worked with CityLeaf for almost 4 years now. I originally asked them to bid on our accounts as we opened a new office in downtown Palo Alto. There are 3 main reasons I chose to award CityLeaf our account as they continue to maintain it.

1. I liked the idea of owning our plants vs "renting" them. I can say on more than one instance a plant died or was not the right fit for our space. Without question, CityLeaf swapped out the plants at no charge for something that was a better fit for our space.
2. Friendly service onsite and at the back office. Every time I call with a question or service request, I always have a great experience. Additionally, our on-site contact is always personable and check in with me at every visit.
